The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared photos from the encounter on Instagram the following day, captioning them: "In my concert era Thanks James!"
The images revealed Taylor, 77, signing copies of his pop-up lullaby children's book "Sweet Baby James" for the couple.
The thoughtful gift appeared to be intended for the couple's young children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
