Lady Louise Windsor took part in a carriage driving competition in Windsor - though her male friend was nowhere to be seen.
Last month, the 20-year-old was pictured with a university friend at the Sandringham Horse Driving Trials in Norfolk, where she competed for the first time.
The male companion in question - Felix da Silva-Clamp - is reported to have met the young royal at St Andrews University, where Lady Louise studies English Literature.
However Silva-Clamp, who features in Facebook photos with the 20-year-old, was not present at the carriage driving event over the weekend.

PAOn a scorching day with highs of 25C, Lady Louise wore cream trousers and a navy blue t-shirt, opting to leave the blazer behind.
She paired the look with a pair of riding boots, a red and blue helmet, and cream gloves.
The 20-year-old made her debut in carriage driving competitions three years ago.
Her passion for carriage driving was sparked by the late Prince Philip, her grandfather, who adored the sport and encouraged her to take it up.
ROYAL LATEST:
Prince Philip took up carriage driving in his 50s after he was forced to give up polo.
He shared a special bond with Lady Louise because of the sport, and left her his carriage when he died in 2021.
The young royal paid tribute to her grandfather's legacy by taking part in a carriage-driving event in April last year, on the weekend of the anniversary of his death.
At the Sandringham Horse Driving Trials in June, Lady Louise wore a black helmet, smart beige overcoat and matching gloves. She took part in a dressage event with one of the late Queen’s ponies.
However, what caught people’s attention was not her outfit, nor her performance - instead, it was her companion Silva-Clamp that raised suspicions.
Silva-Clamp, who was dressed in grey chinos and a blue jacket, was seen arriving at the event with Lady Louise's mother, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, 59, who was dressed casually in khaki skinny jeans, a khaki coat and a light-blue jumper.
Together, they watched Lady Louise perform in the dressage before Clamp accompanied her on a walk around the carriage driving course.
Born to parents Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, she is currently 16th in line to the throne.
