In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we look at how there is much that might cause us to lose hope.
"The biblical authors find hope in some of the bleakest of situations by recording what they understood of God, his character, and his actions. The author of Lamentations says it like this.
"This I recall to minds therefore have I hope it is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. He recalls the Lord's mercy, the Lord's compassion, the unchanging character of an unchanging God, secure and firm through every drought and storm.
"What sorts of things do we recall to give us hope for life? Are they stable and secure amidst the challenges we face today?"
