Former Culture Sec says she found out about the election 'two seconds before the general public'

The Former Culture Secretary Michelle Donelan has said that she was shocked by then General Election saying that she found out about it "two seconds before the general public."

She explained that she was "disappointed" that the election took place and wanted the "time to turn things around and get flights off to Rwanda."
