Pope Leo XIV has delivered his first Mass as leader of the Catholic Church in the Sistine Chapel.

This come a day after he was elected by the papal conclave. Robert Prevost, from Chicago, is the first pope from the United States and also holds Peruvian citizenship.

After the mass, the pope is then expected to have a lunch with the cardinals who elected him from their number yesterday.
