Biden and Trump both secured victories on Super Tuesday last week
Former advisor to Donald Trump Sebastian Gorka has slammed Joe Biden as a "coward" and said he is treating his likely opponent like "Voldemort."
Biden and Trump swept to victory in statewide nominating contests across the country last week, setting up a historic rematch in November's general election despite low approval ratings for both candidates.
Gorka said: "There were historic wins for President Trump all over the country in 14 different states of the union.
"On top of that, the thing that I think was most irritating and why you saw this grumpy old man yelling for an hour is the polls.
"The New York Times, which is a bastion of left wing propaganda and really a propaganda arm for the Democrat Party, their latest poll this week says that if the election were today, my former boss would handsomely defeat the current incumbent.
"He was rattled because he knows the American people want peace and prosperity back.
"They want a secure border. They don't want wars in the Middle East. They don't want wars in Europe.
"They don't want petroleum costing three times what it did when we were in the White House.
"They know that they have nothing to offer except a screeching, senile old man."
