'Petty and rude!' Labour blasts Rishi Sunak over PM's explosive Elgin Marbles row with Greece

Labour's Thangam Debbonaire accused Rishi Sunak of being "petty" and "rude" after the Prime Minsiter cancelled a meeting with Greece's prime minister.

No10 decided to ditch face-to-face talks with his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis after feeling he had rowed back on “reassurances” that he would avoid using his visit to the UK as a “public platform” to demand the return to Athens of the Elgin Marbles.
