‘The Union Flag doesn’t belong to anyone!' Former Tory MP reacts to controversial Norfolk town hall row

Former Conservative MP Henry Smith has claimed "the Union Flag doesn’t belong to anyone" as he discussed a controversial Norfolk town hall row.

The small village of Claxton has hung a union flag outside its town hall and many locals in Claxton have urged their local council to block it.
