Kamala Harris pays tribute to Joe Biden in first speech after receiving endorsement

Kamala Harris has paid tribute to President Joe Biden in her first speech since he pulled out of the race for a second term.

The 81-year-old withdrew and backed Harris to receive the Democrat nomination.

Speaking outside the White House, Harris said Biden's "legacy of accomplishment is unmatched in modern history".
