'High streets are not going to be saved!' Kelvin Mackenzie calls for free parking to bring attraction

Kelvin Mackenzie has called for free parking in British car parks to bring back the attraction.

This comes after Labour revealed its plans to 'breathe new life' into high streets with reformed business rates.

Speaking on GB News he said: "Unless you have parking, high streets are not going to be saved."
