'It is priceless:' Charity provides disabled dogs with wheelchair support

Founder of Winston's Wheels, Rachel Wettner told GBNews about her charity that helps disabled dogs to get moving.

Wettner also introduced Peter Andre and Ellie Costello to her dog Percy, that has a wheelchair for his hind legs.
