Brits travelling to Spain or Portugal this week have been given an urgent health warning.
The summer heat continues to intensify as holidaymakers travel to popular destinations across the two counties.
Some towns in Spain could even see temperatures hit 40C in the coming days, according to reports.

The highest temperatures are expected to hit the Costa del Sol as well as the Balearic and Canary Islands.
While an orange weather warning has already been issued in Andalusia, with experts warning it could soar to 44C.
Spain’s Aemet said: "The heat will be very intense on the mainland and in the Balearics at least until next Wednesday and it is not ruled out that it could extend for a couple of days.
"The intense heatwave is very rare for the month of June.
"As of Thursday, we will exceed 35C in large areas of the Peninsula; more than 30C to 32C in the Balearic Islands and the south of the Canary Islands."
Aemet has urged holidaymakers to take extra precautions and refrain from sun exposure during the hottest times of the day.
People should also stay hydrated and wear factor 50 sun cream if they can.
