Metropolitan Police Commander Jon Savell has made a direct appeal to chemical attacker Abdul Ezedi, as the former asylum seeker remains on the run.
Ezedi, who had been granted asylum in the UK after two failed attempts, left a woman and her two children with life-threatening injuries after attacking them with a corrosive alkaline substance on Clapham Common.
