Terms and conditions ​for Participation in Prize Draw operated by GB News Limited

• The Prize is a signed copy of Democracies and Dealth Cults by Douglas Murray, signed copy of Finding Margaret by Andrew Pierce and a signed copy of Bad Education by Matt Goodwin. Plus, a GBN Pen, GBN Studio Mug, GBN Water Bottle and GBN Fearless Cap.
• New members will need to be 18 or over to enter the Prize Draw.
• To enter you must submit your name, email address used to sign up for your GBN Membership in May and phone number to community@gbnews.com with the subject line MAY MEMBER REWARD. The entry will be automatically placed into the Prize Draw which opens on May 6th 2025 at 12:30pm and closes on May 31st 2025 at 11:59pm.
• Only one entry per new member is permitted.
• Within one (1) week of the closing date, a random draw will determine one winner of the Prize. The first entry drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries, provided the participant meets all terms and conditions, will be awarded the relevant Prize.
• GB News will notify the winner and attempt to deliver the Prize to the winner as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days of the prize draw taking place. If the winner cannot be contacted by GB News, does not respond to attempts to contact them or fails to provide information requested from them, within 30 days of first being contacted by GB News, then GB News may at its discretion forfeit the Prize and a replacement Prize winner will be selected at random from eligible participants as before until a valid winner is found in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The Prize Draw is available to new members who meet the following criteria: (a) residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during both the period for which the prize draw is open for entry and for 30 days after the end of the competition; (b) aged 18 years or older; (c) not employees of GB News or immediate family members of GB News employees; and (d) not professionally connected with the prize draw. GB News reserves the right to verify the age, identity or eligibility of all participants and may withhold any Prize until satisfied with regard to any information requested. If such information is not provided within 14 days an entry may be invalidated or a Prize forfeited at the discretion of GB News.
• Offer cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

• Participation in the Prize Draw does not create any commercial relationship between participants and GB News. GB News does not have any liability to participants in connection with the Prize Draw and shall not be liable to any participants for any liability, loss or damage suffered by any participant however arising and whether in connection with or as a result of their participation in the Prize Draw or otherwise provided that this exclusion of liability shall not apply to any death or personal injury caused by GB News to any participant. GB News shall not be liable to reimburse or refund any costs or expenses incurred by participants in connection with the Prize Draw. These terms and conditions shall not affect any statutory rights a participant may have as a consumer under any relevant consumer legislation.
• GB News shall have the right to suspend or cancel the Prize Draw in event of any circumstance or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
• All information and data relating to participants (Personal Data) will be held by GB News and may be used by GB News and any third parties assisting them in connection with the Prize Draw to contact participants in connection with the Prize Draw, including administering and fulfilling the Prize Draw. Further details of how participants Personal Data may be used can be found in the GB News Privacy Policy and by entering the Prize Draw you agree to the use of your Personal Data under the terms of this policy.
