As one driver attempts to leave, Hall chases after the vehicle yelling: "Get out. Get out, you f***iing p***k. I'll rip your f***ing head off."
A child can be heard crying in one of the cars after Hall charged towards a second vehicle.
The strongman later addressed the incident on his Facebook page, stating that the viral clip only showed "the last 30 seconds of our interaction" from what was actually a 25-minute confrontation.
Hall claimed three different cars had stopped outside his house around 9pm, disturbing his family.
"You woke my young children up and they became very scared," he wrote.
According to Hall, the motorists were "asked very politely to leave after waiting outside my house for 15 minutes" but they continued to linger.

"You continued to wait outside my house, scaring my kids to death," he stated.
Hall claimed the situation escalated when "the blue BMW driver said, and I quote, 'I'll knock you out'. So I got angry!"
In a further statement, Hall apologised for upsetting the children in the cars involved in the incident.
"I'm deeply sorry for upsetting your children," he wrote. "I didn't know there were kids present until you said during the last 30 seconds as all your windows are blacked out."

Hall defended his actions, stating: "My house is not a public attraction and I am not public property to use as a photoshoot at 9pm at night."
Hall recently made his MMA debut, defeating five-time Strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski in just 30 seconds at the KSW 105 event in Poland last month.

The victory marked a successful transition into combat sports for Hall, who has previously competed in boxing and arm wrestling since his strongman career.
The win was considered a remarkable upset on paper.
Speaking previously to talkSPORT about his future plans, Hall expressed interest in more unconventional fights.
"I've got no aspirations to climb the ranks. Where I belong is the freak fights," he said.
