Demi Moore has credited three steps as the base for looking so young and healthy

Demi Moore has shared stunning selfies on Instagram as she enjoys the last of the summer sun.

The actress has spoken about her skin care regime which includes three steps she will follow "no matter what".

Skin care, diet, lifestyle and genetics all play a part in the ageing process.

There are lots of skin care products available, with some more important than others.

Cindy Crawford recently explained her "secret" to glowing skin.

Demi Moore has also said making time for cleansing and moisturising every day is key.

"My mother always drilled in me no matter what that you should wash, cleanse and moisturise your skin,” she told Harper's Bazaar.

Moisturising from a young age can benefit the skin later in life, an expert told WebMD.

They said young adults should start using a daytime antioxidant moisturiser or serum to maintain a youthful glow.

Tools can be used to help sculpt the face, as Demi has tried.

She explained this is a step that she will follow after moisturising her face.

The actress added she would rub a sculpting stone across her jawline, cheekbones, along her forehead and on her neck to get the blood flowing.

Sculpting stones can help promote blood circulation, lift the skin and even improve fine lines and wrinkles, it has been claimed.

It can also help with lymphatic drainage, making the face appear less puffy, and relieve tension.

Demi will make sure to keep her pores unclogged and face fresh by removing her make up each day.

While there are lots of great ways to look after your skin at home, going to a professional can give you a boost.

The 60-year-old explained regular treatments with a facialist have also helped her look decades younger.
