Magistrates also heard that a member of the public had to give Ms Scott a lift to the airport following the crash on August 12.
After the crash involving the Black Hyundai was reported to the police, the air hostess was hauled off the flight and made to wait until police arrived.
Ms Scott admitted that she had been in a car accident before the flight and that she had drank two glasses of wine eight hours prior.
The court heard that the air hostess suffers from a liver condition which could impact the way her body processes alcohol.

The legal limit for flight attendants in Britain is 20 milligrams.
Magistrates also heard that Ms Scott blames the Hyundai's crash on a fault with the steering wheel.

Kathryn Scott has denied one charge of performing an aviation function when over the alcohol limit.
It comes just weeks after a former British Airways flight attendant won a discrimination case after being "too anxious to fly".
An employment tribunal heard that Jennifer Clifford had worked for the airline for 40 years up until the pandemic.
However, during a period of furlough and sick leave. she was declared unfit to fly after she developed symptoms of stress and depression.
During proceedings, the court heard that her manager Nigel Landy had minimised the severity of her condition, labelling it as "just a little bit of anxiety" before saying "if you don't like working here, then leave".
Employment Judge Emma Hawskworth said: "Ms Clifford needed a phased return in a ground duties placement before returning to her full contractual flying role.
"That was because of the need to rebuild her confidence and to give time to adjust to working again, and these requirements arose from her disability."
She added: "Mr Landy telling [Ms Clifford] she had 'just a little bit of anxiety' was clumsy and suggested to [Clifford] that he was minimising her condition."
However, the tribunal found Mr Landy's comments did not amount to disability-related harassment, and that part of the claim was dismissed entirely.
