Sir David Beckham has offered his public congratulations to close friend Marc Anthony following the announcement that the Latin music star and his wife Nadia Ferreira are expecting their second child together.
The 57-year-old Grammy-winning singer and the 26-year-old Paraguayan model, who is a former Miss Universe runner-up, shared the news on Instagram to mark their third wedding anniversary.
Their post featured a photograph showing three hands resting on Ms Ferreira's pregnant belly, belonging to the couple and their son Marco.
Sir David proved there was no bad blood between the two, despite the now-controversial role Mr Antony played in son Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz's wedding day.

Sir David responded enthusiastically to the news in the comments section of the Instagram announcement, writing: "Soooooo excited" alongside red heart emojis. (sic)
The baby will be Mr Anthony's eighth child overall, adding to a blended family that includes children from previous relationships with Debbie Rosado, Dayanara Torres, and Jennifer Lopez.
The warm public exchange arrives against the backdrop of an escalating family rift that has dominated headlines in recent days.
Brooklyn, the 26-year-old eldest son of Sir David and Victoria, published a scathing Instagram statement last week in which he declared he had no desire to reconcile with his parents.
The aspiring chef levelled a series of accusations against his mother and father, claiming they had "controlled" his life and manipulated media coverage surrounding him for years.
Brooklyn also alleged that his parents had actively worked to undermine his relationship with his wife, the American actress and heiress Ms Peltz.
Among the specific incidents Brooklyn detailed was a moment during his 2022 wedding reception in Palm Beach, Florida, where Mr Anthony had been hired to perform.
Brooklyn claimed that what was meant to be a romantic first dance with his new bride had been taken over by his mother.

|"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead," he wrote.
Brooklyn described the experience as deeply uncomfortable, stating: "I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."
According to reports, Mr Anthony had invited "the most beautiful woman in the room" to join Brooklyn on stage, before naming his mother rather than his bride.
The friendship between the Beckhams and Anthony stretches back many years, reportedly thanks to the couple's appreciation for his music.
