Angie Best has shared a distressing video message with her followers after completing her initial chemotherapy treatment, revealing she is struggling to carry out even the most basic daily activities.
The 73-year-old, who was previously married to football icon George Best, appeared lying in bed as she reached out to her online community for guidance.
"Advice needed: I know a lot of you have been through this, but I can't function, I can't lift my head up, I can't brush my teeth, I can't eat. It's terrible," she said in the footage posted on Tuesday.
Visibly unwell and coughing during the recording, she asked: "Any advice there, homies?"

Accompanying the video, she wrote that while such symptoms are apparently considered normal, there was "nothing normal about it" and offered solidarity to others experiencing similar struggles.
The former model disclosed earlier this month that she has been diagnosed with colon cancer, with the disease having also spread to her liver.
She has opted to undergo treatment in Switzerland rather than the UK, where her son Mr Best, 44, has been by her side throughout the process.
The reality television personality responded to his mother's video with words of encouragement, writing: "I'm so sorry you're feeling this way and going through this, it will pass and we come out even better I love you."
Mr Best had previously broken the news of his mother's condition in an emotional social media post, describing how cancer had struck despite her lifelong commitment to health, fitness and wellbeing.
As part of her treatment programme, Angie is also receiving mistletoe therapy, which utilises extracts from the European mistletoe plant and has been employed as an alternative cancer treatment across continental Europe for several decades.
The therapy is particularly prevalent in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, with some practitioners believing it can boost immune function and enhance quality of life for those battling cancer.
However, its efficacy remains a subject of debate within mainstream medical circles, and it is not offered as a standard treatment on the NHS.

|Major UK cancer organisations consider the evidence for its effectiveness as a cure to be inconclusive.
Ms Best is using the alternative therapy in conjunction with conventional chemotherapy rather than as a replacement for it.
In his initial announcement about the diagnosis, Mr Best spoke of being on an "emotional rollercoaster" and admitted he had not cried in years until learning of his mother's illness.
He explained that accessing specialist care and the right professionals was essential for moving forward, but acknowledged the financial burden was beyond what he could manage alone.

|The television personality subsequently established a GoFundMe page to help cover the costs of his mother's specialist treatment abroad.
Among those offering support was EastEnders actress Samantha Womack, 53, who herself previously battled breast cancer.
She commented on Ms Best's video: "I wish I was with you... It's rough at the beginning. I'm sending you all my love."
