"Bradley was the best player on the pitch without a doubt," Hume told the BBC afterwards. "First half he was outstanding and second half was outstanding and that's what you expect from someone like him."
The Liverpool full-back was everywhere, creating chances and driving his team forward throughout. His performance perfectly captured the energy and determination that ran through O'Neill's side on a memorable night in Belfast.
It is quite a turnaround for Northern Ireland, who lost their opening match but have bounced back superbly.

They will need all that momentum when the four-time World Cup winners come to town on Monday night.
