The King and Queen recently travelled to Kenya

Queen Camilla "showed signs of exhaustion and stress" during her royal tour of Kenya, as her shaking hands sparked health concerns.

The King and Queen spent four days in Kenya travelling around and meeting lots of different groups and organisations.

During a stop at the Situation Room, where Camilla met staff, volunteers and survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, her hands appeared to start shaking randomly.

A health expert spoke exclusively to GB News to explain why this could be the case.

Tommy Hatto, who runs his own award-winning health and wellbeing agency, exclusively told GB News that the stressful four-day tour "could be" the reason behind Camilla's shaking hands.

He said: "Looking at the images of her hands shaking, she is showing signs of exhaustion, tiredness and stress which can be attributed to the tour.

"Royal tours can be very stressful since you are travelling frequently, having meetings with other senior individuals and meeting hundreds of members of the public.

"Inevitably this can be stressful and overwhelming."

Queen Camilla and King Charles's flight to Nairobi took eight hours and 40 minutes from London.

The health expert gave his opinion on whether Queen Camilla at age 76 should be taking such long-haul flights.

Hatto explained: "Age shouldn't solely play a factor in whether you can travel or not."

"Although there's more consideration whether you can physically cope with a long haul flight.

"You'd be required to rest more and get more regular health checks.

"But if you're still physically and mentally healthy then there's no reason to stop getting on the plane."
