Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's 37-year-old daughter was spotted with multiple bags

Princess Beatrice was photographed on Thursday placing designer luggage into a black cab in London, suggesting an imminent departure from the capital.

The 37-year-old royal, wearing a floral dress paired with a black blazer, was observed by police officers and a footman as she loaded three bags into the vehicle, including a personalised Louis Vuitton Horizon 55 suitcase valued at £2,710.

Her destination remains unknown, though the sighting follows her attendance at a baby shower for close friend and stylist Olivia Buckingham earlier this week.

The celebration, held at Buckingham's London residence, also drew guests including Poppy Delevingne and Nicky Hilton.

The elder daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson has kept largely out of sight since her father's arrest in February, which followed damaging revelations from the Epstein files released in January.

Neither Beatrice nor her younger sister Eugenie, 36, made appearances at the Royal Family's Easter service or the commemorations marking what would have been Queen Elizabeth's centenary last week.

Prior to this week's baby shower, Beatrice was last photographed publicly in late March dining with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi at the Eel Sushi Bar in Notting Hill, where the couple appeared in good spirits despite speculation about their marriage.

Eugenie made her own rare public appearance last weekend at a society wedding in Sicily, attending the nuptials of Charles Forte and Georgie Wright at the Cathedral of Montreale in Palermo.

The princess was captured in the background of images posted by socialite Jazzy de Lisser, dressed in an elegant black gown with fringe detailing.

Their mother, meanwhile, has been staying at a wellness retreat near Salzburg, Austria, though she was forced to seek alternative accommodation after photographs revealed her location.

Ms Ferguson, 66, had reportedly remained largely confined to her lakeside chalet for nearly a month, ordering meals via room service and avoiding the resort's facilities.

Despite the turbulent period for the family, King Charles is understood to remain affectionate towards his nieces and has extended invitations to both for Royal Ascot next month.

The sisters may feature in the official carriage procession and Royal Enclosure at the prestigious racing event in June.

It is reported that neither Beatrice nor Eugenie has visited their father during his exile at Sandringham, where he has been residing at the smaller Marsh Farm property ahead of relocating to new accommodation.

Sources indicate Ms Ferguson maintains regular telephone contact with both daughters, who have grown increasingly worried about her wellbeing.
