The Duchess of Sussex's Napa Valley wine "isn't selling" at the expected rate, the source added.
The insider told the Mail: "No one in Hollywood rates them anymore or wants to be around them, especially her, people are bored with them."

Netflix have now decided it will not enter discussions with the Sussexes over extending their deal.
The company will remain open to working with the couple on one-off projects in a more informal arrangement, according to a separate insider.
The source told The Sun: "They’re not unhappy with how things turned out — they got those initial hits, and produced one of the most talked-about shows of all time.
"The content got weaker from there on. There’s no animosity from either side. Things have just run their course."
