The US State Department has unveiled plans to release a limited run of special passports featuring President Donald Trump's portrait to mark 250 years of American independence.
Between 25,000 and 30,000 of the commemorative travel documents will be made available at the Washington DC passport agency just before July 4.
The President's image will appear on the inside cover, positioned alongside the text of the Declaration of Independence and an American flag.
Mr Trump's signature will also feature in gold within the passport.
A separate page will display the renowned painting depicting the founding fathers signing the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
"These passports will feature customised artwork and enhanced imagery while maintaining the same security features that make the US passport the most secure documents in the world," State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott said.
The front cover design has been modified, with "United States of America" appearing in enlarged gold lettering at the top, while "passport" sits at the bottom.
On the rear cover, an American flag bearing the number 250 will be positioned among 13 stars, reflecting the 1777 version of the national banner.

Officials have confirmed there will be no additional charge for obtaining one of the special-edition passports.
Those applying in-person at the DC passport office will automatically receive the commemorative version as their default option.
Anyone who wants a standard passport can still get one by submitting their application online or at offices outside the capital.
The passports form part of the Trump administration's wider "America250" festivities planned for this summer.

Other events include a Grand Prix motor race on the National Mall scheduled for August and a UFC bout on the White House's South Lawn in June.
The National Mall will be transformed into the "Great American State Fair" between June 25 and July 10, featuring rodeo events, a Ferris wheel and pavilions representing every state and territory.
A fireworks display at Mount Rushmore is also planned as part of the celebrations.
The commemorative passport announcement follows news that the US Mint will produce a gold coin bearing an image of Mr Trump for the anniversary.

Unveiling the design last month, US Treasurer Brandon Beach branded it a "beautiful commemorative gold coin" in a statement.
He added: "As we approach our 250th birthday, we are thrilled to prepare coins that represent the enduring spirit of our country and democracy, and there is no profile more emblematic for the front of such coins than that of our serving President, Donald J Trump."
The Treasury Department has also confirmed that paper currency will carry the President's signature, marking the first occasion a sitting head of state has signed American banknotes.
During his second term, Mr Trump's name has been added to the US Institute of Peace building and the Kennedy Center.
The President is also planning a triumphal arch in Washington featuring a winged figure, eagles and lions - all covered in gold.
