Royal fans can take in the eight main ground-floor rooms and the history of the house dating back to the pre-Victorian era.
One individual shared their experience on TripAdvisor, saying: "We looked forward to visiting this famous mansion that we often read about in the media. Expectations were high, and gratifyingly, they were exceeded.
"It was marvellous strolling through the delightful house and admiring the furnishings and artefacts, all against a restful background decor.
"Guides were in each of the rooms, and they were so helpful in responding to queries and, of course, in giving a history, potted or otherwise, of pertinent aspects of every area. Gorgeous grounds were terrific to walk around, with much of the flora still in bloom."

Recent photos of the Topiary Garden have been posted online, with two images showing the winter scenery.
The pictures were captioned: "There was something truly enchanting about The Sandringham Gardens covered in a blanket of snow."
The Topiary Garden was remodelled in 2023 to "increase biodiversity" in the area.
"Reflecting the same principles of universal symbolism as the Cosmati Pavement in Westminster Abbey, the Topiary Garden is designed to increase biodiversity, featuring new species of plants and flowers that are also better able to withstand the impact of emerging weather patterns," the website stated.

In addition to Sandringham reopening to the public in March, the King and Queen Camilla will welcome Nigeria's President to the United Kingdom for a State Visit in the same month.
This diplomatic occasion marks a significant milestone, representing the first state visit from the African nation in nearly four decades.
The last time a Nigerian head of state received such an honour was back in 1989, making the upcoming visit a notable renewal of formal ties between the two countries.
The Sunday Times's report regarding the Nigerian State Visit follows an exceptionally busy period for royal hosting duties.
