Eamonn Holmes has rushed to the defence of King Charles after its has been reported that the Queen told him to "slow down."
The GBNews presenter said: "The advice to King Charles from Queen Camilla is to slow down with his age and his health. He's and she's saying, look, get a grip. But he's waited so long for this job."
Writer Lewis Oakley agreed with Holmes and said: "He has waited his entire life for this, he is not going to pull back."
