In today's GB News Daily Reflections, we look at how in our rapid information and social feed saturated culture, what we feed our minds on is far more challenging.
"After university, I taught for three years at a school in Winchester and a colleague, a science teacher, frequently used the well-known mantra 'you are what you eat'.
"That's true for both our bodies and our minds, and whether we're vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or full blown carnivore. From the wide range of food and cooking programmes and podcasts, most of us are selective about what we'll watch, try out in our kitchens and then eat. We want food to our taste that will nourish and satisfy and perhaps even surprise us."
