"I wonder how easy it is for you to sit in the happiness after the find that sadness lingers longer. Happiness is more fleeting. So this week, I've been trying to reflect more on the joy and the mystery of the Easter story.
"To let that linger into the future. To try and allow it to affect my life, rather than just being the taste of chocolate, which is fleeting, or the spike of sugar that we get after to allow it to be much more lasting than that kind of fleeting experience, to let the joy seep deep into my life."
