Labour MP Stephen Kinnock says 'If we don't reform the NHS, it will die' as he laid out the proposed changes.
Speaking to GB News he said; "We've had 14 years of Tory neglect and incompetence where they haven't really tried to reform anything, apart from the Andrew Lansley reforms in 2012, which were a complete and utter disaster.
"So we are, in a sense, starting from scratch. I think there's two reasons why it will work this time. One, because of the depth of the crisis that we're in.
"The country loves our NHS and care system and they want to change it. They want to reform it. And we know now that the if we don't reform, it will die. So the choice before us is very stark. And I think that will act as rocket fuel to push these reforms forward."
