Donald Trump has been warned that "dangerous rhetoric" from the left could be "fuelling" assassination attempts against the former President, after a man was arrested at his rally in California on Saturday.

As Trump hosted his latest campaign rally in Coachella, 49-year-old Vem Miller was arrested for possessing an illegal firearm after allegedly presenting fake VIP and press passes at the event's security checkpoint.
