President Donald Trump took aim at Britain once again over its reluctance to drill for North Sea oil.
The Labour Government has so far resisted calls to lift its ban on drilling in the North Sea, despite mounting dissent, now amplified by the Oval Office.
Mr Trump has repeatedly suggested Britain is sitting on a gold mine and is wasting a major opportunity by instead pursuing its net zero ambitions.
Speaking to reporters outside the White House after dramatically announcing Israel and Lebanon have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire, the President turned his attention to matters across the pond.
Mocking Britain's clean energy pursuit, he quipped: "Windmills do one thing, they put you out of business!"
