Sir Keir Starmer says he sees 'no fight' in Rishi Sunak

Sir Keir Starmer says there is "no fight" and "no appetite" from Rishi Sunak to "change" the Conservative Party.

The Labour leader says he has "changed" his own party, but accused Sunak of presiding over a party that has become obsessed with "gimmicks and gestures".
