Jacob Rees-Mogg has spoken out after the head of the UN climate body said that a "quantum leap" in climate finance is needed.
He blasted the United Nations climate chief Simon Steel for saying we have 'two years to save the world'
He questioned Mr Steel's arguments during his State of the Nation GB News show.
He said: "We cannot afford the green agenda and now we have the perfect excuse to end it."
