Andrea Jenkyns backs Jacob Rees-Mogg as possible Tory leader: 'I like him'

Andrea Jenkyns says Jacob Rees-Mogg could make a case as future Tory Party leader, arguing that he is popular amongst working class voters.

Jenkyns is a critic of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and has called for a change of leadership, but the widely backed candidate Penny Mordaunt is not her preferred choice.

Jacob Rees-Mogg could be the person to take the reins, according to the Tory MP, but she also suggested Suella Braverman could be in with a chance.
