Europe is "ready to act" over Greenland, Ursula von der Leyen has declared, just as Donald Trump is about to commence crunch Davos talks this afternoon.
The President of the European Commission made the bold warning while addressing world leaders at the World Economic Forum, just as the continent's top brass push back on Mr Trump's attempt to take over Greenland.
During her speech, Mrs von der Leyen vowed Europe's response would be "unflinching" in the face of Mr Trump's threats.
