WATCH: 'Absurd' puberty-blockers are 'ruining children's lives'
The NHS is investing more than £10 million in research into children's gender care, including the use of puberty blockers
Puberty-blockers are "ruining peoples lives", gender-critical activist and model Sascha Bailey warned, as he reacted to the NHS investing over £10million in researching children's gender care.
Puberty blockers are medications that are prescribed to delay puberty and stop the body from producing sex hormones.
Bailey expressed concern about the "absurdity" of nearly making a decision that would have cost him "the ability to have children forever".
He explained: "The thing with scientific studies is you have to leave the door open; otherwise, people will say it’s not scientific."
