Richard Tice brutally took down Lord Heseltine after the Tory grandee took a swipe at Nigel Farage at the Conservative conference in Manchester.
Earlier today, Lord Heseltine declared: "Above all else, we will never, never have any part in the populist extreme of Nigel Farage.
"We have to deal with President Trump for the next three years. We don't want his mouthpiece anywhere near No10."
When asked for his response as the Conservative appeared "back from the political oblivion", Mr Tice ranted: "Well, look, I mean, we live in a democracy.
But, in a sense, what we saw there is probably the the lowest attended Tory conference in our lifetime. And I think that you are seeing a dinosaur slowly drifting away into oblivion, frankly, in terms of the Tory conference.
"It's irrelevant. You know, this morning 20 councillors have defected to Reform," the deputy leader boasted, flaunting the populist party's skyrocketing support in the polls.
Meanwhile, he shot out at Kemi Badenoch's party, which is "slipping down in the polls into irrelevance".
