Viewers were walked through footage of the moment - which has sparked mass protests and a political firestorm within hours.
The Late Show Live host Bev Turner was in the studio early to detail how Ice agents intercepted Ms Good's vehicle.
Bev outlined how the driver appeared to reverse and drive forward in "an action which might have hit one of the Ice agents".
Then, the video is paused - with Bev continuing: "And at that point it appears that she's been shot dead."
