'It's not safe!' Peter Hitchens says Biden has 'cognitive decline' and should step down

It is not safe for Joe BIden to be leading the free world and he should step down, according to political commentator Peter Hitchens.

Speaking on Dewbs & Co, Hitchens said it is clear that the US President has "cognitive decline" and the West is not safe in his hands.
