Watch the moment GB News guest Tim Doescher issued his snap verdict on the Ice killing which has sparked a political firestorm in America.
Mr Doescher, the executive director of Unleash Prosperity, told host Bev Turner that Renee Nicole Good's death was a "tragedy".
But he outlined in no uncertain terms what law enforcement officers had to endure when dealing with drivers in the States.
"If the police tell you to stop your car, you stop your car. If the police tell you to get out of your car, you get out of your car," Mr Doescher said.
"If you don't do that, the police have no choice but to assume you have another motive. A sinister motive... against them. They have families at home too.
"So many times, police say: 'Get out of the car'. They give some levity and then people pull out a gun and shoot the police officer. That happens in America."
He went on: "It's a tragedy - It really is... Let's get the facts first, but let's also acknowledge what we do know."
