Congressman Tom McClintock has ripped into Joe Biden over his record on migration and has discussed the reason for the rise in people moving from blue states to red.
Speaking to GB News at the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (Arc) Conference in London, he accused the President of being the "cause of the problem" after he reversed many of Donald Trump's anti-migration policies when he took office.
