Shamima Begum has said she “wants to be as British as possible” as she makes a fresh plea to return to the UK.
Allegations made against the Jihadi bride, who left the UK for Syria in 2015 aged 15, include helping to make suicide vests for ISIS terrorists, something Ms Begum has previously denied doing.
She has been imprisoned in Syria since 2019.
Trials of male Syrian and Iraqi ISIS fighters held by the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Force have already begun, with women set to be tried later this summer.

In a fresh plea to return to the UK, Ms Begum, speaking from the Al-Roj prison camp said: “I want to be as British as possible.”
She added that she wants to “be used as an example” to prevent other Brits following a similar path.
But despite her hopes, Ms Begum believes she will spend the rest of her life in Syria.
Ms Begum added: “That’s how I feel and that’s what it looks like," as revealed by GB News commentator Benjamin Butterworth.
She continued: “The problem is at the age of being a teenager you’re very arrogant and you don’t listen to people so sometimes you really do have to learn the hard way.

“I could be used as an example, like you don’t want to end up like her. If it stops children making the same mistake that I made of course use me as an example.
“Tell the kids ‘don’t be like her, don’t become like her’."
The Jihadi bride has reportedly ditched traditional Islamic clothing in favour of a t-shirt and leggings.
Ms Begum claims she was trafficked by ISIS fighters to be a bride, alongside other British girls.
The I also revealed she said: “It’s hard to believe, but that did happen. It happened so fast, it happened in less than a year."
