PC Fabian Aguilar-Delgado was charged on February 11

PC Fabian Aguilar-Delgado, attached to South Area BCU, was charged last month on one count of sexual touching.

It follows an investigation by the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards.

He has been suspended from duty and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on March 11.
