The mother of a missing teenager has made a desperate plea for her son to come home as she celebrates his 14th birthday without him.
Rebecca Jones’ son, Jayden, went missing while on holiday with his dad and the pair have never returned from Portugal.
Jayden was last spotted on a farm in the Nazaré region with Andrew Pearson but the father has since blocked Rebecca and she has been unable to contact either of them.
Speaking to GB News’ Yorkshire and Humber reporter Anna Riley, Rebecca said: “I just want him to be part of my family again and be my baby. I wake up every day thinking, will I ever see him again? Will I ever get to talk to him properly? Will I ever get to cuddle him, tell him how much I love him?
She continued: “I just want to be part of his life. I want him to come home and celebrate his birthday and I've already missed Christmas and his birthday and I don't want to miss anymore.”
