Gillian Keegan says new free childcare policy is 'next step' in Tory reform

Education Secretary Gillian Keegan says the newly announced Conservative policy for more free child care is the "next step in reform" for the UK's childcare system.

Speaking to GB News, Keegan said: "As of yesterday, the First of April, 15 hours more free childcare will be available for two year olds. So this is the next start, the next step of our reforms."
