The former US President is set to appear in court on Tuesday

He is set to fly from Florida, where he is staying at his Mar-a-Lago residence this afternoon.
The former US President will be arraigned, fingerprinted and photographed at the downtown Manhattan courthouse.
Trump was indicted by a grand jury following a probe into hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels last week.
Security is already being tightened in New York over fears of protests by supporters of Trump.
His backers are also expected to be out in force in Florida as he boards his private jet.
A court official said the arraignment is planned for 2.15pm (7.15pm BST) on Tuesday. Trump then will return to Florida and deliver remarks at Mar-a-Lago.
