Chancellor Rachel Reeves has shut down a heckler after her speech was interrupted by a pro-Palestine protester.
Waving a Palestinian flag, the protester stood up during the speech, shouting: "Israel is committing genocide."
Ms Reeves hit back at the heckler: "We understand your cause and we are recognising a Palestinian state. That is the difference we make, in power not through protest."
