Naked Education promotes itself as being “all about body positivity”

Channel 4 has been heavily criticised for airing a show in which adults strip down naked in front of children aged 14 to 16.

Naked Education promotes itself as being “all about body positivity” but has instead received a hoard of negative responses.

Journalist Caroline Farrow and Dr Mark Bass joined Ellie Costello and Martin Daubney on GB News to debate the controversial show.

Bass, who worked on the show, argued it was better children saw naked bodies and learnt about the human form this way, instead of through porn.

He said: “if we're not doing it this way and then what is the better way of doing it rather than just sweeping the problem under the carpet?”

But Farrow responded: “Concerningly, when you look at the performers who were involved in this show they all have you know semi pornographic backgrounds. One is a sex toy reviewer.

"Another, if you look her up on YouTube, sings explicit songs. You've even got in this series somebody who was born female, who now identifies as a man stripping naked.

"Now this person has had a double mastectomy and has had a a procedure of phalloplasty to construct an artificial penis for them. Now this again is normalising gender ideology, gender theory, the idea that it's, you know that. Somebody can change their body and normalising actually what is pretty shocking and graphic surgery. There is no need to do this to teach children body positivity".
