The prince faces being deported from America following revelations over his drug use

Prince Harry has been described as “pathetic” and friendless by an American radio host, in an exclusive interview for GB News Members.

Dennis Prager, founder of Prager University, told GB News he thinks Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “pathetic”.

“I don't know what they stand for. I don't know what good they have done with their fame,” he said.

“They're only known only because of their royal titles, but they don't give a damn about the royalty. So they've used the royalty and they've done nothing for the royalty.”

Prager’s comments come as Prince Harry declared his US residency this week.

The royal lives in Southern California with his wife Meghan Markle.

His official notice to British authorities that he is now “usually resident” in the United States will likely fuel the prince’s estrangement from the rest of his family in Britain.

Prager said that while he is an American and “the royalty of Britain is not my concern”, he does believe “it's generally a good thing for the British”.

He continued: “I think that rituals are essential to the survival of a nation or a religion, and that's a very big ritual in British life. But it's very sad to me that they [Harry and Meghan] have the fame that they have.”

Discussing the couple’s notoriety, Prager said: “You lose friends if you get arrogant. So on purely selfish grounds, I don't believe Prince Harry has one friend. I really don't.

“He has acquaintances, I’m sure. But all of these famous people who love their fame are friendless.”

The prince is also facing calls for his deportation from the United States following his admitting to taking drugs.

To gain a US visa in many cases you must declare whether you have taken illegal substances, and if you have your application could be denied.

The conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation, has requested the US government hand over documents which would reveal if prince Harry admitted to taking drugs on his visa application forms.

His memoir, Spare, featured revelations that he had taken marijuana, cocaine, and various other kinds of psychiatric drugs.

Commenting on the prince’s potential deportation, Prager said: “I don’t know why laws would be changed for him.”

In an interview with Nigel Farage for GB News, former US President Donald Trump said no special privileges would be given to Harry if he is reelected in November.

Trump said: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action."

When asked what "appropriate action" could mean, and if it included deportation, Trump replied: "Oh, I don’t know. You’ll have to tell me. You just have to tell me. You would have thought they would have known this a long time ago."

Meanwhile, Jane Hartley, the American Ambassador to the UK, said deportation moves against Harry were “not going to happen in the Biden administration”.
