The gym-goer achieved the body transformation without resorting to restrictive dieting practices

As the body ages, it becomes increasingly prone to storing fat around the midsection, prompting many to find solutions.

The good news? With consistent habits like mindful eating and strength training, most people succeed in melting belly fat.

A fitness enthusiast named Isabelle recently revealed her impressive body transformation and how she achieved it, crediting daily walks and strength training.

Sharing before and after footage of her body with viewers, Isabelle says she achieved the results "while enjoying" her life "and the process".

The strategy that worked best for the gym-goer combined structured nutrition, regular strength training and increased daily activity levels.

"First things first is nutrition," she told viewers.

"I focused on high-protein meals that I loved, with a calorie deficit while I was in my fat-loss phase, and more of an intuitive approach during maintenance.

"That being said, I never said no to social events or nights out because you can include all your favourite foods, in a balanced approach, and you should if you want to maintain it.

"With workouts, I’ll always include four times a week strength training as my foundation, regardless of my goal."

The fitness fan also explained that daily walks have become a crucial component of her daily routine, which she supplements with varied exercises when possible to maintain engagement.

"I’ll usually add a couple of different types of workouts to mix it up. During my fat loss phase, it was running, and right now it’s Pilates," she shared.

"I’ve generally become more active, so I strive to go on daily walks and get around eight to 10,000 steps a day, which has so many benefits both mentally and physically.

Isabelle continued: "All in all, the biggest game-changer for me has been consistency and making this a lifestyle.

"I know that sounds basic, but if you can make the changes part of your daily routine, it will become second nature and something you genuinely enjoy.

"Small changes add up, and the time will pass either way, so you may as well make it count."

Isabelle stressed that she avoided the common pitfall of social isolation that typically accompanies many diet programmes, underscoring that success ultimately depends on establishing sustainable habits, rather than pursuing short-term fixes.
